  • This was great and even my picky eater of a son loved it. He even ate the leftovers the next day. I used light mayo and low fat cheese and it was still great! - 4/9/09

  • That was really good! I also used 1/8 c. of skim milk. I almost think next time I might add a little bit more mayo to give it that zing! Other then that it was Great!

  • If you can't eat regular white rice because of the starch you can eat brown rice and you can't even tell the difference - 3/13/09

  • Delightfully surprised...yummy! I substituted low fat mayo and cheese and also used low sodium soup. I found by adding 1/8 cup milk, the base became smoother and easier to pour over the broccoli/chicken. I will definitely make again and will try adding a cup of long-grain rice! Rich in taste! - 3/6/09

  • Super easy to make, I used low fat miracle whip instead of Mayo. I used low-fat cheddar cheese which didn't melt very well and was a little tough but still delicious. The whole family enjoyed it. - 3/1/09
