    Turkey breast meat, 2 slices
    Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped
    Garlic, 1 tsp Ginger Root,
    1 tsp Carrots, raw, 1 small (5-1/2" long)
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 ring (3" dia, 1/4" thick)

  • This is a quick recipe that I would try.Carbs are diabetic friendly. I would add some soy sauce, low salt of course. Would be good with some brown rice. - 2/10/09

    You are right. I am also diabetic and trying to loose some weight and yes brown rice would be great with this dish.
