Yummy Tuna melts

Introduction

These are quick to make, full of protein and can be made lower in fat using only one type of cheese and less of it! These are quick to make, full of protein and can be made lower in fat using only one type of cheese and less of it!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
    1 can flaked light tuna (packed in water, not oil)
    1/2 cup of cottage cheese (1% milk fat)
    1 ounce mozzarella cheese, grated
    1 ounce asiago cheese, grated

Directions

Mix tuna and cottage cheese together. Spoon half of mixture over slice of bread and top with half the cheese. Put under the broiler for 2 minutes until cheese is bubbly. Serves 2.
