zucchini Bread

    1 1/3 sugar
    1 1/3 splenda
    2/3 c butter
    3 c shredded zucchini
    2/3 c water
    4 eggs
    3 1/3 c flour
    2 tsp baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 tsp ground cloves
    2 tsp vanilla
    1/2 tsp baking powder


Heat oven to 350. Grease bottoms only of 2 loaf pans. Mix sugar and butter in bowl. Stir in zucchini, water and eggs. Mix in flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, cloves, vanilla and baking bowder. Pour into pans. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. 60 to 70 minutes. cool 5 minutes. Loosen sides of loaves form pans; remove form pans. Cool completely befor slicing. 2 loaves ( 24 slices each)
