My Dandelion Soup 1

Introduction

My very 1st dandelion recipe. It is reminiscent of spinach after cooking it. But for me no side effects. My very 1st dandelion recipe. It is reminiscent of spinach after cooking it. But for me no side effects.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    6 C preped and chopped Dandelion greens. Fresh.
    3 C low sodium/free range Chicken Broth
    1 C roasted turkey leg meat
    1 large mild white onion chopped
    1 T unsalted butter or ghee.

Directions

The prep was derived from a web search.
two pans boiling water...cleaned greens...diced....cook shortly in one. Lift out to second. dump water in first wash and saute onion in 1 T ghee. lift greens into pan with onions that are translucent.
cover with chicken stock
simmer with top for 45 min.
No other seasoning added. I like simple things though
