Ingredients

2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 medium onion
1 pkg. (1.25 oz) chili seasoning mix
1 cup water
1 can (15 oz) black beans drained
2 cups cooked rice
1/4 cup thick and chunky salsa
Directions
In skiller, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion; cook 3 minutes. Add chili seasoning mix and water. Stir until combined and slightly thickened. Add beans, rice and salsa: stir. Cook 5 minutes more or until contents are heated through.
