Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    9 Whole Wheat Lasagna Noodles

    6 ShadyBrook Farms Turkey Sausage/ Sweet

    Fat Free Ricotta Cheese, 15 oz

    Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Part Skim, 8 oz

    Spinach, frozen package, 10 oz

    10 1/2 oz Spaghetti Sauce/ Del Monte


    Season to taste with onion and garlic powder, salt and pepper

Directions

Prepare noodles according to directions. When done set aside in cool water. Remove casing from sausage, spray skillet with cooking spray, season sausage as desired, brown sausage, crumble sausage. Cook spinach until defrosted, drain. Mix sausage and spinach together. Then add pasta sauce into sausage mixture. Spray lasagna pan with cooking spray. Spread a very thin layer of sauce, place a row of noodles three across, and put a layer of sausage mixture, ricotta cheese, and then mozzarella cheese. Complete another row follow steps above. Close up with one last layer of noodles. Cover top with pasta sauce, then a little bit of ricotta and mozzarella. Bake at 375 for about 30-40 minutes, until bubblely. Allow to cool for about 10 minutes. Cut into 12 servings.
