  • I think the recipe calls for 1 tsp of sodium and the author put it in as 1 cup. If you look at the breakdown per item above it says .06 CUPS of sodium per serving

  • Maybe you girls can help me. I have my pork roast in the oven now, but I was confused on the mustard part. I didn't have dry mustard so I spread regular mustard on roast and then the rub. This recipe didn't say to cover the roast or not, is that okay to leave it uncovered? - 1/5/11

  • Fantastic! Tasted delicious! To the other user Seawave.. the sodium figure is due to actually the salt. Its got 0.06 cups down in the breakdown instead of just a dash or a tbsp. :)
Its not really THAT bad with salt! A tsp of salt is 2,325mg of sodium. ENJOY! - 1/4/11
