1lb extra lean ground beef 1 medium onion, diced 1 can chili beans 1 can whole kernel corn (no salt added) 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies 1 packet taco seasoning 1 packet ranch dip mix 2 cups water
Dice onion. Brown hamburger with the onions. Empty all cans (including liquid) into a saucepan. When the hamburger is done, drain any grease ... then add meat and onions to the saucepan. Add 2 cups water, taco seasoning, and ranch mix. Bring soup to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until you are ready to eat.
Makes ~9 1 cup servings
Note: to reduce sodium, use reduced sodium ranch mix/taco seasoning.
