Corn Crackers

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 cup corn meal
    1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
    1 1/4 tbsp baking powder
    3/4 tsp salt
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/2-2/3 cup water

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 F.

Mix together dry ingredients and olive oil until well blended and crumbly. Stir in water until it forms a dough that can be rolled out.

Roll out to 1/8" thick on lightly floured surface. Transfer to baking sheet and score into desired shapes. Bake 10 minutes, or until browned. Cool on rack, break apart on score lines.

Makes a little over 1 lb crackers.
