Mustard Baked Chicken

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Four 3oz chicken breasts ( or 2 really big ones, halved)4 tbsp yellow mustard2 tsp brown sugar1 tsp paprika2 tbsp lemon juice3 tbsp poppy seeds3 cups pasta shells1 tbsp olive oilSalt and pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 400FTake olive oil and grease a baking dish. Then lay out your chicken peices.in a bowl mix mustard, lemon juice, brown sugar and paprika, and season with salt and pepper. Then brush chicken with mustard mix, and pour the rest around the chicken. Cover and put in oven for 15 minutes. After that, uncover and cook another 5 minutes.While chicken is baking, cook pasta.when all is cooked, sprinkle poppy seeds evenly on chicken and mix. then serve chicken over pasta.. Enjoy!
