Introduction

This is so easy and tastes amazing. This is so easy and tastes amazing.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2lbs Ground Turkey 93% lean
    1 lg Eggplant (lg dice)
    1 sm Onion (diced)
    1 Jar Ragu Lite Alfredo Sauce
    1/4 Cup Skim Milk
    Salt & Pepper

Directions

Brown turkey and season with salt & pepper. Drain off fat, add onion and eggplant and saute till onion is transparent. Place in baking pan, pour sauce over top add milk to jar shake and add to pan. Sprinkle parm cheese over top. Bake 35 min in a 350 preheated oven.
