Easy Velveeta Scalloped Potatoes

Introduction

This is a recipe I found online that now that I have made I know it needs to be changed a little bit more to make it how I like it but it will work till then. This is a recipe I found online that now that I have made I know it needs to be changed a little bit more to make it how I like it but it will work till then.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup velveeta 2% shredded (shreds easier very cold)
    2 cup milk 1%
    4 Tbsp butter
    4 Tbsp flour
    4 med-lrg potatoes sliced thin

Directions

This recipe is listed as 4 servings but can definately be cut down in serving size.

Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish and layer the potatoes and Velveeta cheese.

Make sauce by melting butter, whisk in flour, then gradually add milk, stirring constantly until thickened.

Then add salt and pepper to taste and pour over potato cheese casserole. ( I would add quite a bit)

Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
