-1 medium sized fresh or frozen banana
-2 cups soy milk or other nondairy milk
-1 tbsp Blackstrap Molasses (the blackstrap part is important!)
-2 tbsp smooth and creamy peanut butter
-1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
This makes two very filling servings that are a great way to start off the day! With the banana and molasses, you are getting a lot of important vitamins like iron and calcium!
