Open-faced beef sandwhiches

Ingredients

    Bread, french 8 oz. sliced into 8 slices
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 lb
    1 Onion
    Fat Free Mayonnaise, 1 cup
    Blue Cheese, .5 cup, crumbled
    Beef, tenderloin, 1 lb (sliced into strips)
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk 1 cup

Directions

1. Cut bread into 8 1" strips

2. spray skillet with nonstick spray saute mushrooms and onions add beef and cook 10 to 15 minutes.

3. In a small bowl combine mayo and blue cheese

4. spread mixed on bread slices, add beef mixture top with mozzarella cheese place on broiler pan.

5. Broil 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese is melted
