1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces
1 envelope of shake 'n bake Parmesan crusted (a few less calories than listed shake n bake)
1 cup fat free mozerella cheese
1 26 oz can Hunts four cheese spaghetti sauce
1 14.5 oz box Healthy Harvest Rotini (or Barilla Plus)
Shake in bag with parmesan shake-n bake
Bake at 400 for about 15 minutes or until cooked through.
While baking, put rotini onto boil. Boil for 10 minutes.
Drain rotini and put into a casserole dish sprayed with a spritz of non stick spray.
Remove chicken from oven and place on top of noodles.
Pour spaghetti sauce over top, and evenly sprinkle with mozerella.
Return to the oven for 5 more minutes.
Makes 8 servings. Pack leftovers in individual containers and surround with a freezer bag for easy pull from the freezer- take and go meals.
