Introduction

I tried to make these muffins healthier with less fat and whole grain flour. Give them a try! I tried to make these muffins healthier with less fat and whole grain flour. Give them a try!
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1.5 c. whole grain flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. Splenda
    1/2 c. corn meal
    1 Tbsp Baking powder
    1 1/4 cup 1% Milk
    1 egg
    2 egg whites
    1/3 c applesauce
    3 Tbsp butter melted

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients
in separate bowl, mix all wet ingredients.
Pour wet ingredients in with dry - mix until just mixed together.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
Makes 16 muffins
