Ingredients

    2 medium stalks celery
    tofu
    tofu
    onion
    green pepper
    zucchini
    squash
    carrot
    dikon
    mushrooms
    jalapeno
    oil
    sherry
    soy sauce lite
    oyster sauce
    chili paste

Directions

makes 4 servings. Try to divide evenly.

Mix last five ingredients and let set.

cut/chop/dice/cube all the other ingredients. Throw into wok with cover for five minutes or so. Add the sauce and cook another 10 minutes. Serve hot.
