Crispy Buffalo Chicken Thighs



Introduction

I used 6 boneless, skinless thighs.

For less kicky sauce, disgard remaining marinade.

Cut up leftovers and put over greens for a crispy and spicy buffalo chicken salad.

Ingredients

    6 Chicken thighs
    1 Cup Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wings sauce
    2.5 Cups Corn Flakes cereal, crushed

Directions

Marinade chicken at least 4 hours or overnight.
Put corn flakes in zip lock and crush.
Rmove chicken from marinade and shake in corn flakes bag until covered.
Place on baking tray and spoon remaining sauce from marinade bag over chicken.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
