Introduction

Really yummy salsa. Great with chips as is or with shrimp added. Really yummy salsa. Great with chips as is or with shrimp added.

Ingredients

    1 package (approx 1 cup fresh cilantro)
    3 cans Mexican Ro-tel
    12 large tomatoes
    2 large onions
    2 limes (zest and juice)
    salt to taste

Directions

Blend 1 package of fresh cilantro with 3 cans of Mexican ro-tel. Chop tomatoes, onions add to blended mixture. Add zest and juice of 2 limes and salt to taste.
