3 tbsp reduced fat mayonnaise
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp horseradish
4 tilapia fillets (4-5 ounces each)
1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
1 tbsp garlic or to taste
1 tbsp dried parsley
Mix the garlic, parmesan cheese, and parsley together. Sprinkle on top of the fillets.
Bake at 425 degrees for 13-18 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Enjoy!
This can either be two to four portions depending on how much you like the fish!
