Mary's Superfood Smoothie

Introduction

Ingredients

    4 tbsp Nutiva Hemp Protein Powder
    2 tbsp golden flax seed (ground in coffee grinder)
    1 tsp matcha green tea powder
    1 small banana, frozen
    1/2 cup blueberries, frozen
    1-2 cups baby spinach
    1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    Stevia to sweeten as desired
    Water to adjust consistency as desired

Directions

Add protein powder, ground flax and matcha to blender. Then add frozen banana (slice and freeze your bananas when they start to get too ripe), blueberries, and then fresh spinach on top. Pour in almond milk and water, then blend away.

I find the fruit sweetens it enough but some may want to add a packet of stevia to sweeten it more.
