Oopsie Rolls

Introduction

Carb-free bread Carb-free bread
Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    3 eggs separated
    3 oz. cream cheese
    pinch of cream of tartar
    1pkt splenda
    seasonings

Directions

separate eggs. Whip egg whites with cream of tarter until firm. Whip egg yolks, cream cheese and splenda until well mixed. Fold yolks into whites. Season with pinch of salt and preferred seasonings. Spray cookie sheet or muffin tins with cooking spray. Divide into 9 servings. Bake at 300 for 30 minutes. Allow to cool in pan 10 minutes then place on rack to cool.

    If you are looking for a no carb bread this is awsome. Slice in half and makes a great sandwhich. All the Oopsie recipes on this site are great. It is so nice to be able to eat a sandwhich again. :) - 2/27/10
