Introduction

can use natural pb can use natural pb
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1.5 coats
    2 scoop Choc Protein powder
    2 tbsp flax
    1 c skim milk powder
    .25 c peanut butter
    .25 c water
    1 tsp vanilla
    .5 c raisins or other dried fruit

Directions

lightly spray 8X8 pan.
mix dry together
mix last ingred. together
mix together well
press mixture in pan
keep in fridge, then cut, wrap individually for on the go snacks

  • I love these! They taste fudge-y
    I mixed them and then put them in a gallon zip lock and flattened them with a rolling pin in the bottom half of the bag. After cooling they will be simple to cut into proper sized squares. - 7/14/10
