Mini Hawaiian Quiches

Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    6 Eggs
    1/2 Cup Shredded Cheese (your preference)
    4 oz finely chopped Spam Lite (or ham, which is better!)
    1 Can of Pineapple Tidbits


Directions

Preheat oven to 350.


Whip 6 eggs in a large bowl. Then take your finely chopped Spam and add. Next, add the shredded cheese and pineapple. I usually buy crushed pineapple, but had to chop these tidbits up. Do whatever is easiest for you. I also added some cracked sea salt and garlic. Mix everything together thoroughly.


Grease a 24 mini muffin tin and add mixture to the mini muffin cups. You should have exactly enough mixture for the 24 cups. Bake for 30 minutes.


Yields 24 mini quiches.
