Cabbage Casserole

This is a lazy man's cabbage roll. This is a lazy man's cabbage roll.Number of Servings: 4
Ingredients

1 lb. ground turkey
1 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. brown rice
1 can tomato soup
1 soup can of water
1 T. lemon juice
1 T. Splenda Blend brown sugar
1/4 t. pepper
10 c. cabbage, shredded
Directions
Spray deep casserole with vegetable spray and pile in the cabbage.
Brown turkey and onion together. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine well. Pour over the cabbage. Do not stir.
Cover and bake in 250* oven for approx. 3 hrs. Turn oven up to 350* and cook for another hour.
The original recipe calls for 1 t. of salt but I don't add it due to sodium restrictions. The soup has enough salt but you can add if you like. Additional salt not included in nutrition data.
I also like to use red cabbage for added antioxidents.
