Curreid quinoa with almonds and raisins

Introduction

I make this quinoa in the rice cooker nd it comes out light and fluffy and flavorful every time I make this quinoa in the rice cooker nd it comes out light and fluffy and flavorful every time

Ingredients

    1 c quinoa
    3/4 c light coconut milk
    1 c water
    1/4 c almond milk
    2 t curry powder
    1 t ground ginger
    1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
    1/4 c raisins chopped

Directions

lightly dry roast quinoa in a skillet until it begins to pop. rinse quinoa and then put in rice cooker with coconut milk, almond milk and water and spices. turn on rice cooker. Add toasted almonds and raisins when quinoa is done.
