Introduction

This is a low-carb, low-cal bun-less "cheese"burger. It's covered in fresh veggies. My version includes soy cheese and mayonnaise, but the "real" stuff can be used instead (or none at all). Best of all, it's only 180 calories! This is a low-carb, low-cal bun-less "cheese"burger. It's covered in fresh veggies. Ingredients

    1 Boca Burger patty
    1 slice of Trader Joe's soy cheese
    1/2 tablespoon light mayonnaise
    1/2 tablespoon organic ketchup
    1 leaf of romaine lettuce
    1 slice of tomato
    1 slice onion

Directions

Cook the Boca patty as indicated on the box. When the boca burger is almost finished cooking, place a slice of soy cheese so it melts onto the patty. After the patty is finished cooking, add the soy mayonnaise and organic ketchup. On top of that goes the lettuce, tomato and onions (raw or grilled). I like to use Himalayan crystal salt to give it a little more zing instead of regular iodized salt because it is actually quite beneficial to your health and you don't have to watch your intake as much. Enjoy!
