Mock Wawa Chicken Salsa Flatbread

Introduction

I love the new WAWA flatbread chicken salsa sandwhich. My waistline does not so I made my version with whole wheat tortilla instead. I also used 2 percent mexican blend shreded cheese instead of pepper jack cheese that wawa uses. you can top with low fat sour cream if desired.

Ingredients

    4 whole wheat tortillas (90 calories or less each)
    8 ozs grilled chicken breast (premade by butterball or grill your own)
    1/4 cup Kraft 2% shredded mexican cheese blend
    8 tbsp chunky salsa (mild or what you can handle)

Directions

1. put 2 ozs chicken breast, 2 tbs shredded cheese, 2 tbsp salsa on half of each tortilla.
2. place on cookie sheet or in toaster oven.
3. bake 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
4. serve warm. may be topped with tsp of sour cream.
