Ingredients

    1/3 cup oat groats, soaked overnight
    1 small banana (or 1/2 large)
    1 cup unsweetened almond milk
    1 tbsp ground golden flax seeds
    small palmful of walnuts
    squirt of raw honey
    sprinkle of cinnamon

Directions

Drain oat groats, break up banana into pieces, put everything into blender and blend very well.
