Chicken Strips!

Introduction

TOTALLY better than the ones at the Deli, and better for you too!! TOTALLY better than the ones at the Deli, and better for you too!!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    one chicken breast, cut into 5 strips.
    1/3 cup of eggbeaters
    1/2 cup ground Fiber One cereal
    .25 cup of bread crumbs
    your favorite seasonings like poultry seasoning. ( i used Adobo, poultry, garlic salt, and a little cayenne!)

Directions

Take a chicken breast and cut the fat off of it. Then, cut the breast into 5 strips and take a paper towel and dry them off really well! dip them in the egg, and roll them and thoroughly coat them in the fiberone/bread crumbs/ seasoning mixture. spray a baking sheet with Pam, and spray the other side of the chicken with it too. Bake at 450 for about 15 minutes. flipping it is not necessary! they cook quickly being so thin-- be careful not to dry them out!

serve with lowfat ranch, barbeque sauce, and your favorite sides!
