Egg Substitute, liquid (4fl oz, 1/2 cup)
2 cans Chunk White Albacore Tuna in Water
1/4 Medium Onion chopped
1 Green and 1 Red Chili Pepper, (2 peppers)
Scallions, raw, 3 stalks
Flour, 2 tsp
2 Sprinkles of Salt & Pepper
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Makes about 12 patties, 4 patties per serving.
Here is a dipping sauce, you can make before the tuna patties. Calories for the sauce is not included in calorie count for tuna patties. Mix the following & chill, until patties are done.
2 tsp sugar
3 tsp soy sauce
3 tsp water
3 tsp vinegar
1 tsp fine diced onion
