3 cups unsifted flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil or 1/2 oil 1/2 apple sauce
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup orange juice
3 tsps. baking powder
3-4 large apples peeled and sliced thin
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp. Cinnamon
Cream together eggs and sugar.
Add remaining ingred. except apple mixture.
In a sprayed and floured bundt pan, place 1/3 batter, then 1/3 apple mixture and so forth until all gone. Bake at 350* for 1 hr 15 minutes. Prick to see if done in several places. Do not over bake. cool in pan atleast 10 minutes before unmoldeing. Serve with ice Cream or cool whip.
