Alicia's CrockPot Chicken

Introduction

A tasty soup that is nutricious, filling, and easy to make. A tasty soup that is nutricious, filling, and easy to make.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
    2 cups Sliced Fresh Mushrooms
    1 can Chicken Broth
    2.5 cups of rice (white or brown are best)
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1 dash of salt
    1 dash of pepper
    2 tbsp parsley
    2 cups chopped onion (about 1 large onion)
    1 packet dry onion soup mix
    10.75 oz of water (thats about 1 can of water)

Directions

Put all of the ingredients (except for the rice), plus any seasonings you would like into a crockpot. Turn to high and let cook for 3 1/2 to 4 hours. Then add the rice and let cook for the remaing hour or so. This will make about 8 2cup servings.
