Whole Wheat Lasagna using Turkey SausageSubmitted by: TBUCKETSMOM
9 healthy harvest whole wheat noodles
1 jar (3 cups) of Ragu Robusto Onion & Garlic spag. sauce
2 cups weight watchers mexican cheese
1/2 C. 1% cottage cheese
1/4 C. Parmesean Cheese
1 C. canned Mushrooms
1/3 tube Honeysuckle turkey sausage
In an 8x8 pan, layer ingredients starting with sauce. Follow sauce with uncooked lasagna noodles, cottage cheese, then shredded cheese, top with sauce. Continue with lasagna noodles, cottage cheese, shredded cheese and sauce. Make three layers ending with remaining sauce and cheeses, sprinkle with parmasean cheese.
Cover with foil, bake in a 350 degree oven for 60 minutes.
You may need to add water to assist with the noodles cooking if they seem tough half way through. Uncover for the last 5 minutes to brown cheese.
Cut into 6 equal pieces.
