Introduction

Ingredients

    1 stick butter softened
    3 tbsp butter flavor Crisco
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1 egg
    1 cup powdered sugar
    2 tsp butter buds sprinkles
    3 cups Fat Free Buttermilk Pancake Mix, sifted


Directions

Cream together butter, crisco, sugar, egg, butter buds and lemon juice. Stir in pancake mix. Knead until well blended. Chill dough for half an hour. Preheat oven to 325. Roll dough out to 1/4 inch thickness and cut with cookie cutter. Place about an inch apart on non greased cookie sheet. Bake ten to twelve minutes. Allow to cool. Top with rolled fondant or frost if desired. Makes about four dozen cookies.
