1/3 Cup Splenda 3 Tbsp Club House Minute Tapioca pinch Salt 3 cups Milk 1 large Egg 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
In saucepan, whisk together splenda, tapioca, salt, milk and egg. Let stand for 5 minutes. Slowly bring to a boil over medium heat, whisking constantly, until mixture comes to a full boil. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Let cool 20 minutes, whisking twice. Pudding thickens as it cools.
