Ingredients

1 can mandarin oranges undrained
1/3 cup lemon juice
3-4 cloves minced garlic
5 tsp grated lemon peel (fresh)
1 tsp orange peel (dried) or 4 tsp fresh
1/4 tsp pepper
1 pound uncooked medium shrimp, peeled
Directions
Mix in large skillet and cook until shrimp turn pink.
Serve over linguine or rice. (not included in recipe) I also added asparagus that was very tasty!
