Introduction

This is my "go to" lunch. Whenever I'm in a hurry or not sure what I want this is my fall-back. It's delicious and very filling! This is my "go to" lunch. Whenever I'm in a hurry or not sure what I want this is my fall-back. It's delicious and very filling!

Ingredients

    1 pouch lStarkist chunk light Tuna in water (3oz)

    1 Smart & Delicious Whole Wheat Tortilla

    1 Tbs. Hellmann's Light Mayo

    3 oz. Rainbow Slaw (shredded broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, red cabbage)

    **I found the rainbow slaw in the produce section of my local Krogers by the bagged salads

Directions

Mix everything together and serve on the tortilla taco or burrito style. I always have plenty left over, and I just eat that out of the bowl rather than use up the excess calories with another tortilla. Enjoy!
