Introduction

Serve this meal with steamed rice and steamed broccoli, flavored with Butter Buds and Salt. Serve this meal with steamed rice and steamed broccoli, flavored with Butter Buds and Salt.

Ingredients

    1.75 # of boneless, skinless chicken breasts -- pounded and trimmed (3 breasts)
    1/2 cup honey mustard
    1 box ready to eat sliced bacon
    1 cup 2% shredded cheddar cheese
    Fat Free Olive Olive Oil cooking spray
    Salt/pepper to taste

Directions

Cook bacon in microwave as pkg. directs -- 2 slices per piece of chicken -- then chop. Cut chicken into 9 portions. Salt/pepper chicken. Saute chicken using Fat-Free cooking spray on medium-high for 7 minutes on each side. Brush tops of chicken with honey mustard, then chopped bacon, then cheese. Cover to melt cheese, about 5 minutes. Serve with steamed rice and broccoli for a complete meal.
