3 Chicken Breasts (18 oz chicken) 1 small can Tomato Sauce 1 pkg taco seasoning 3 cups Chicken Broth 3 cups Minute Rice 1 can corn 1 can diced green chili's 3 cups shredded colby/jack cheese salsa sour cream 12 flour tortillas (soft taco size)
cook and cube chicken breasts add tomato sauce & taco seasoning. Stir together and then add broth and minute rice. Cover and simmer until rice cooks through and liquid is absorbed. Add corn and chilli's. Stir together. Turn off heat and top with cheese. Put lid on until it melts. Serve on tortilla's with salsa and sour cream.
