2 lbs. Lean Ground Hamburger
1 lb. Italian Sausage
1 chopped Onion
3 Tps. Garlic
1 Med Head of Cabbage
36 Frozen dough dinner rolls
1/2 cup low fat Velveta Cheese
1/4 cup Skim Milk
Fry up ground hamburger and sausage. Drain and rinse. Add chopped onion, garlic and cabbage to meat and continue to fry until cabbage is cooked. Let cool at least 10 minutes.
Take rolls and poke a hole in the bottom so it is like a shell. Fill with meat mixture and seal up bottom by pinching the dough together.
Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
While Runza's are baking cut up velveeta and add milk, mirowave to make sauce.
Break open hot runza and drizzle cheese sauce on top.
