One zucchini - approx 20 cm long
A small bowl full of parmesan cheese for dipping
1 large egg, beaten
Dip slices into beaten egg, then into parmesan cheese.
Fry slices in warm olive oil - I used a normal frying pan - as long as you don't heat the oil too high, there shouldn't be any spitting. You want the zucchini to heat through while you brown and crisp the cheese.
Drain on paper towel, and serve warm.
