    1 Tbl. Milled Flax Seed
    1 Tbl. Wheat Germ
    1 Egg White
    2 Tbl. Sugar Free Mrs. Butterworth
    1 Tsp., Cinnoman

Directions

Microwave for 1-11/2 minutes on high.

Other Options:
Add: blueberries, piece banana, or strawberries to mixture and microwave 2 minutes.
