Introduction

I substitute 4 oz water and 4 oz of salad dressing compared to the recommended 8ox of salad dressing. It helps decrease the fat and sodium per serving. Ingredients

    4 oz Italian Salad dressing of your choice
    1 onion soup mix packet
    4 oz water
    3-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Directions

Mix water, salad dressing, and onion soup mix in a measuring container. Pour over chicken breasts in crock pot. Cook on low for 6 hours.
