Homemade vegetable soup Homemade vegetable soup
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Rutabagas, 1 small
    Carrots, raw, 2 large
    Potato, raw, 4 medium
    Garlic
    Vegetable stock 4 cubes
    Tomato Paste, 10 grams
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium
    2 L Water
    Garnish with sliced leeks, 20 grams

Directions

Cut vegetables into similarly sized dice.
Boil water add stock cubes.
Add diced vegetables.
Boil until tender.
Sprinkle sliced leek over each bowl as a garnish.
Approx. 8 servings (1 cup each)
