Whole Wheat Blueberry Muffins

Introduction

A great low calorie, low fat, and low sugar muffin that is actually good for you as well. A great low calorie, low fat, and low sugar muffin that is actually good for you as well.
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    2 C whole wheat flour
    1/2 C all purpose flour
    1 C Non Fat Milk
    1/2 C unsweetened applesauce
    1/4 C egg substitute
    1/4 C honey
    1 tsp vanilla
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 C blueberries

Directions

Stir together, flour, baking powder, and salt.

Add the milk, applesauce, egg substitute, honey, and vanilla. Mix until well incorporated.

Add the blueberries. Mix gently.

Fill muffin tin half way. Bake at 325 for approx 15-20 min or until done. (keep an eye on them as every oven bakes differently)
