Hawaiian Chicken

Introduction

Super yummy! Super yummy!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 8 oz. boneless/skinless chicken breasts (or four 4 oz. breasts)
    Approximately 1 cup of Lawry's Hawaiian 30-minute Marinade
    1/2 cup of pineapple

Directions

Thaw frozen chicken.
Place chicken in a baking dish.
Pour marinade on top of chicken.
Add in pineapple.
Cover baking dish and place in fridge for at least 30 minutes (longer for a fuller flavor).
Bake at about 400 degrees (or however long recommended by the chicken packaging) for approximately 35 minutes (or until chicken juices run clear).
Enjoy!

  • Excellent...we eate every bite. one thing we did different was to chop the chicken into smaller pieces, before marinating and we added a couple of our home grownh jalepeno peppers for spice, with a little sugar free honey to offset the sting. Thanks for a great recipe. - 8/16/10

  • My husband LOVED this. I added a little extra pineapple, and used the whole bottle of marinade (3 large pieces of chicken). And, I let it sit in the frige for over an hour. It was a winner! - 3/6/09

  • I was born in Hawaii and have eaten my fair share of chicken and I gotta tell you this is tops!!! If you can spare the extra calories use thighs and legs, it enhances the flavor even more. - 3/1/09
