Ingredients

    2TBS OLIVE OIL
    1 CUP OF GREEN PEPPERS CHOPPED
    I CUP OF ONION CHOPPED
    12 0Z SKINKLESS CHICKEN BREAST
    1 CUP UNCOOKED MINUTE RICE
    1TBS MINCED GARLIC
    1 TBS CHICKEN BUILLON GRANLUARS
    1 CUP OF WATER
    1 CAN OF CREAM CHICKEN SOUP
    1 CAN OF WATER

Directions

PUT OLIVE OIL IN PAN AND HEAT . THE ADD GREEN PEPPER AND ONIONS COOK UNTIL TENDER.
CUT CHICKEN IN BITE SIZE PIECES. PUT WITH PEPPER AND ONION. COOK UNTIL CHICKEN IS DONE.

PUT WATER , GARLIC AND CHICKEN BOUILLON IN PAN AND BRING TO BOIL THEN ADD RICE . REMOVE FROM HEAT AND SET 5 MINUTES. THEN ADD SOUP AND FILL CAN WITH WATER.ADD TO RICE.STIR TOGETHER. WHEN CHICKEN IS DONE MIX THE RICE IN WITH CHICKEN. PUT IN OVEN POOF DISH BAKE AT 375 15 MINUTE. NOTE WHILE OVEN WAS HEATING I LET MIXTURE SIMMER TO REDUCE DOWN LIQUID. BEFORE PUTTING OVEN. I SPRINKLED WITH GRATED CHESSE. THIS MAKES 5 ONE CUP SERVING.
