Banana Oat Squares

Introduction

A healthy bar. A healthy bar.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    6 tbsps butter
    1/4 cup brown sugar splenda
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp salt
    3/4 cup mashed bananas (about 3 small)
    2 cups quick oats

    Note - you can make this with brown sugar instead of splenda - use 1/2 cup.

Directions

Cream butter & sugar. Add the egg, beat well. Add the bananas and salt, beat. Add the oats, stir. Spread in a greased 8x8 pan. Bake @ 350 for about an hour (until firm). Cool and cut into squares, makes 16.
